So often we start the week with lists of things we need to do, places we need to go, people we need to call. But I want to make sure you add the most important person to your to-do list this week, that’s YOU! While you’re scheduling meetings and creating task lists, take a little time to schedule some self-care. Like to meditate? Put it in your schedule. Like to dance? Make a calendar invite. Need some time to prepare a delicious lunch, and then some time to eat it? You know what to do!
